Microgel of the RAM and RAD series is a mold cooling unit, ul-tra-compact and completely autonomous because it does not need an external cooling source, specially designed for cooling time reduction. It combines an air-cooled chiller with one or two temperature controllers with heater amd high flow rate pump per zone. Digitally synchronized with the molding machi-ne, it allows to search and memorize the best configuration of flow and temperature of each zone, optimizing the quality of the product, with the minimum possible cooling time.
Range available in 3 models for the dual zone version and 3 models for the single zone version with cooling capacities from 1.1 to 4.7 tons, with heating capacities from 3 to 12 kW.
The choice of components, the assembly procedures and the rigorous final testing of 100% of the production guarantee continuous work cycles with maximum reliability even in the most difficult conditions.

MRS industrial grade water chillers are available in cooling capacity range from 3 to 16 tons, with water working temperatures range from 32 °F to 77 °F and suitable for indoor or outdoor installation. The stand-ard configuration is designed for an ambient tempera-ture up to 113 °F.
These units are equipped with up to four hermetic ro-tary Scroll compressors in one or two refrigeration cir-cuits with ozone-friendly refrigerant R410A, axial-flow fans and microchannel full-aluminium condenser.
Characterized by very small footprints, these chillers are particularly suited for installation close to pro-cessing machines.
